About Scott

My mother, Cynthia, started teaching me how to cook as soon as I could reach the counter and I couldn’t learn fast enough. I was the kid hovering around the kitchen as she prepared meals, tagging along to the store and helping her in the garden.

 I learned early how to pair foods to enhance natural flavors and traveled the world expanding my culinary experiences but I never found a comparison to my mom’s cooking sauce – she’d use it on bbq, her famous meatballs and noodles, in casseroles and crockpot recipes.

My mom passed in 2006, it’s my goal to keep her longstanding tradition of bringing family together with food by purveying a product that facilitates home cooked creations with natural ingredients, as a result, My Family Tradition Sauce Co & MFT Catering were created.
